Paul R. De Lay is a founding partner of De Lay
& Laredo, specializing in public agency and education
law. Mr. De Lay is a graduate from the University of Notre
Dame and Georgetown University Law School. He has been
admitted to practice before the District of Columbia, and the
following courts: California Supreme Court, United States Supreme
Court, U.S. District Court, Northern District, and the U.S. Court
of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
Before forming the firm of De Lay & Laredo,
Mr. De Lay served as County Counsel for the County of Monterey, as
Deputy District Attorney in Monterey County, and for the U.S.
Naval Judge Advocate General Corps. Mr.
De Lay currently
devotes much of his time in pro-bono service for charitable,
non-profit, and religious organizations.
Mr. De Lay has served 15 years on the Del Monte
Forest land Use Advisory Committee, as chairman for 11 years, and
35 years as a parish and finance council member, St. Angela Merici
Church, Pacific Grove. |
