Heidi Quinn has practiced law since 1995. Before joining De Lay & Laredo, Ms. Quinn previously worked as an associate for Ropers, Majeski, Kohn & Bentley and for Wise & Sheppard (now Manatt, Phelps & Philips).  She serves as Assistant City Attorney for the City of Pacific Grove, and has experience in adoptions, employment law, business litigation and select areas of insurance coverage and defense.

Ms. Quinn has handled matters involving construction defects and intellectual property.  She is admitted to practice before the California Supreme Court, U. S. District Court, Central, Eastern and Northern Districts.  Ms. Quinn is a graduate of San Diego State University (B.A. Emphasis in Education) and Santa Clara University School of Law (J.D.), graduating in the top third of her class.  She served as a clerk with the Superior Court for Santa Clara County.
