AB 1234 (Ethics & Brown Act) Training
De Lay & Laredo attorneys regularly conduct certified AB 1234 (Government Code Sec. 53235) sessions in compliance with FPPC regulations.  Private sessions can be scheduled ranging from intimate groups of 5 to as large as 50 attendees.

CEQA Training
Firm members regularly conduct orientation sessions for the California Environmental Quality Act (Public Resources Code Sec. 21000).  Seminars can either provide an overview for policy makers, or be focused to facilitate substantive technical discussions for implementing staff.
